What the Gelagen panel is counted on
What the amounts are counted on, and the one thing this desk has not seen.
Every amount below is per serving, and the serving is two gummies. A Supplement Facts panel is required to declare the quantitative amount by weight per serving, with the percent Daily Value beside it, so nothing here is halved to produce a per-gummy figure and nothing should be.
That same rule sets the units, which is why folate appears in dietary folate equivalents rather than in plain micrograms, and why inositol carries no percentage at all.
