Gelagen Supplement Facts: The Panel, Read Closely
Gelagen prints thirteen ingredients with an amount beside each, and every figure is what a two-gummy serving carries. This page sets each of them against the intake it is normally measured against, so a reader can see which are large, which land near their reference and which are token amounts.
The Gelagen label, read the way a buyer would read it if they had the reference intakes to hand.
What the Gelagen panel is counted on
What the amounts are counted on, and the one thing this desk has not seen.
Every amount below is per serving, and the serving is two gummies. A Supplement Facts panel is required to declare the quantitative amount by weight per serving, with the percent Daily Value beside it, so nothing here is halved to produce a per-gummy figure and nothing should be.
That same rule sets the units, which is why folate appears in dietary folate equivalents rather than in plain micrograms, and why inositol carries no percentage at all.
What this desk has not seen is a photograph of the printed panel. The seller publishes none, so every figure here comes from the seller's own listing of them and the jar that arrives is still the document. Everything else about the panel is unusually complete for this shelf: no proprietary blend, no unnamed extract, no figure withheld.
Every Gelagen amount against its reference intake
Thirteen rows, each with the figure it is normally weighed against.
| Ingredient | On this panel | What it is measured against |
|---|---|---|
| Biotin | 5,000 mcg - 167 times the Adequate Intake, and the figure this panel is built around | The Adequate Intake is 30 mcg a day and the Daily Value is 30 mcg. There is no upper limit, because no human toxicity has been recorded. Interference with laboratory immunoassays is documented from 10 mg a day, and from a single 10 mg dose in thyroid testing. Source. |
| Vitamin A (retinyl acetate) | 630 mcg - 70% of the Daily Value, roughly a fifth of the upper limit | RDA 900 mcg RAE for men, 700 for women. The upper limit for preformed vitamin A - which retinyl acetate is - is 3,000 mcg a day, and intakes above it can cause birth defects. Source. |
| Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) | 20 mg - about 22% of the Daily Value | RDA 90 mg for men, 75 mg for women. Vitamin C is required for collagen biosynthesis, which is the one true mechanism sentence on this panel. Source. |
| Vitamin D (cholecalciferol) | 10 mcg - 50% of the Daily Value | RDA 15 mcg for adults to 70. Daily Value 20 mcg. Upper limit 100 mcg. Source. |
| Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopheryl acetate) | 7.4 mg - about half the Daily Value | RDA 15 mg from age 14. The d- prefix matters: 1 mg of RRR-alpha-tocopherol counts as 1 mg of vitamin E, where 2 mg of the synthetic form is needed for the same 1 mg. Source. |
| Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl) | 2 mg - above the RDA, nowhere near either upper limit | RDA 1.3 mg for adults to 50. Upper limit 100 mg in the US; EFSA set 12 mg in 2023. Source. |
| Folate | 442 mcg DFE - just over 110% of the Daily Value | RDA 400 mcg DFE. DFE is a unit that accounts for folic acid being better absorbed than folate from food. The upper limit is 1,000 mcg of folic acid. Source. |
| Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) | 6 mcg - 250% of the Daily Value | RDA 2.4 mcg. No upper limit has been set. Source. |
| Pantothenic acid | 5.2 mg - the one amount on this panel that lands on its reference intake | Adequate Intake 5 mg. No upper limit has been set. Source. |
| Choline | 0.04 mg - forty micrograms, about seven thousandths of one per cent of the Daily Value | Adequate Intake 550 mg for men, 425 mg for women. The Daily Value is 550 MILLIgrams. Source. |
| Iodine | 42 mcg - 28% of the Daily Value | RDA 150 mcg. Upper limit 1,100 mcg. People with autoimmune thyroid disease can react to intakes considered safe for everyone else. Source. |
| Zinc | 2.7 mg - about a quarter of the Daily Value | RDA 11 mg for men, 8 mg for women. Upper limit 40 mg. Zinc deficiency causes alopecia. Source. |
| Inositol | 40 mcg - a printed amount with nothing official to compare it to | There is no RDA, no Adequate Intake and no Daily Value for inositol. It does not appear anywhere in 21 CFR 101.9, the regulation that sets the Daily Values, so a panel has no reference figure to print a percentage against. Source. |
Reference intakes and upper limits from the public nutrient record, not from the seller.
What the Gelagen panel does and does not decide
Said once, here, so no other page has to keep saying it.
- They settle the contents. Nothing here is a blend, so no ingredient can be hiding behind a total.
- They allow a comparison. Two products with printed panels can be compared. Two products with blends cannot.
- They do not settle the result. No trial of this finished product exists, and a printed amount is not evidence of an outcome.
- They do not replace the jar. Lot GEL-26/GO-1585 and certificate reference GEL-1585-26-GO are label references. The printed panel that arrives with your order is the document.
Who writes this Gelagen page?
Four claims about how this desk works, chosen because a sceptical reader can audit every one of them in ten minutes. That is the only reason to make them.
- The jar is the source. The thirteen amounts, the two-gummy serving and the words on the front come from the printed label and the seller’s own artwork. Prices and the guarantee wording come from the seller’s page, with the date they were read printed beside them.
- Nothing is rounded and nothing is filled in. Choline is printed as 0.04 mg here because that is how the seller prints it. Two figures are missing from the seller’s page copy. The shipping charge on the two-jar pack is one, and only the checkout shows it. Where a figure is on the jar rather than on the page, we say that is where we read it.
- Sources are real and linked in the sentence. Every study cited here was confirmed against its own record before it was written down, and every government page was opened and checked by its title rather than assumed.
- Corrections change the date. Write to [email protected] and the review date at the foot of the page moves forward.
We earn when you buy. Gogelagen is the USA Authorized Gelagen Retailer named at the top of this page, and this website makes money on orders placed through it. That is exactly why the guarantee’s thirty-day clause, the four-star reviews and the plain statement that several of these thirteen amounts are small are all here: they are where our interest and yours pull apart, and you should be able to watch us choose.
Order support on +1 (302) 200-3480 handles tracking, changes, cancellations and refunds. It is not a sales line, and this website never presents it as a way to place an order: orders go through the checkout only. This desk publishes no sales email address, because the seller does not give one.
