How a Gelagen refund is claimed

Ring +1 (302) 200-3480 with the order ID from your confirmation email and say you want to return. The call starts the return; posting jars back without one leaves a parcel nobody can match to a payment.
Put your details in the box
Full name, the email address on the order and the order ID, on paper, inside the parcel with the jars.
Post it with tracking, at your own cost
Return postage is the buyer’s. Use a tracked service and keep the receipt: the tracking number is the only proof the parcel arrived.

What the Gelagen refund policy is not
Two limits on the policy, stated plainly.
It is a purchase policy rather than a medical promise. A refund says the seller will return money; it says nothing about what the product does, and nothing on this website presents it as evidence.
It also applies to purchases made through this website. A jar bought from a marketplace listing carries no order ID on this desk’s record and cannot be traced to lot GEL-26/GO-1585, so it is outside this policy entirely.
